Mexican Independence Day!

Today is Mexican Independence Day! We have been enjoying a day of celebration, relaxation, and community! We took the day off school and went to watch one of our middle school students walk in the parade in a nearby town. Tamales, Mexican flag jello, and grilled corn are all on the celebration menu!
